Your journey starts here.
Life is a journey. Along the journey you may find yourself stressed, overwhelmed, constantly thinking negative thoughts, and exhausted, and unable to sleep at night due to your mind racing with thoughts. Having some level of anxiety in your everyday life is normal. When you find yourself worrying about every aspect of your life, it can be difficult to manage. However, that doesn’t mean it has to stay that way. Peace and balance are available to you.
I understand that daily life can be hectic and I know what it feels like to struggle with anxiety. I strive to help clients find balance and peace in their lives.
I have a passion for empowering women and children to find emotional well-being. I specialize in helping clients manage their anxiety, stress, life changes, self-esteem and panic attacks. My approach can be described as strength-based and collaborative as I utilize CBT and mindfulness techniques.
I bring a warm and calming presence in my work with clients. I provide a nonjudgmental environment where you are encouraged to share and be an active part in the healing process. I believe you deserve to live a life of peace with tools to manage your anxiety.
I obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice at Friends University and my Master's Degree in Social Work at Washburn University. I have valuable experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in various settings. In addition to therapy, I have experience in foster care, early childhood, and education. Please contact me with any questions or to schedule a appointment.
